The building of the former eldership comes from 1828. A two-storey building, with distinct classical features, covered with a pediment roof, rusticated. At the beginning of its existence, it housed the offices of the Konin Regional Commissioner, whereas when the wards were liquidated in 1837, the building served as the headquarters of the Russian head of the poviat. After regaining independence, the poviat authorities operated in it until 1975. Currently, it is located in the City Hall, restored in 1996.
