The main idea of ​​the center is to conduct forest education in a practical and above all a pleasant way. There is an Educational Board here that allows you to get acquainted with rare specimens of fauna and flora and inanimate nature in the form of prepared exhibits. In addition, an observation platform was placed 8 m above the ground, from which animals living in a forest shelter can be observed. The Forest Education Center also has a model of a brown coal mine and a power plant as well as the House of Grodziec serving for talks, competitions, etc. 200 km of cycle paths have been designated by nearby forests in the vicinity of the Center, including the "Bocian" path, which runs through the strict protection of the black stork, and has 8 stops with educational boards on forestry, hunting, ornithological issues and nature protection. Classes at the Forest Education Center are held from Monday to Friday from 7 am till 3pm.
